Join our team! Reproductive Medicine and Infertility Associates is an IVF/infertility sub-specialty clinic looking for a highly motivated, compassionate Medical Receptionist/Medical Records looking to be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Maple Grove, with training in Woodbury

Responsibilities include:

• Check in patients and visitors
• Scheduling appointments
• Chart preparation
• Filing charts
• Answering incoming calls
• Confirming appointments
• Plans & executes projects and works with departmental teams to support department
• Collect copays and receive payments from patient
• Creating patient charts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED
• Previous medical clinic experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
