What you will be working on
1. Verification and submission of COVID-19 wage support to SSG Â
- Check and verify required supporting documentation Â
- Seek clarifications (e.g. computation/ supporting documentation) with data provider(s) on their submission
- Verify requests are eligible for claims and ensure accuracy of claim computation
- Seek internal approval prior to claim submission to SSG
- Follow up on SSG’s clarification on the claim
- Follow up with re-submission to SSG, if required
- Update control file for tracking and reconciliation purposes
 2. Disbursements of COVID-19 wage support to companies
- Ensure and record the receipt of claim from SSG Â
- Check for outstanding payment due to RP by companies prior to disbursement to companies
- Create manual ad hoc supplier invoice via financial system, with attachment of the supporting documents
- Ensure disbursement is completed successfully Â
3. Ad Hoc projects may be assigned from time to time
1. Relevant qualification and at least 3 years of experience in accounting business or finance. Public Sector finance experience will be an advantage. Â
2. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Good writing and communication skills.
4. Effective team player, meticulous, analytical, systematic and resourceful.
