Resi Hiring for Appointment Booker at London SW Full Time

As an Appointment Booker at Resi you will have the opportunity to work differently and accelerate your career. You’ll work alongside a team of high performing Business Development Specialists and a variety of Home Development professionals, from Building Regulation experts to Planning specialists. Since our launch in 2017, we’ve gone on to become one of the largest Home Development platforms in the UK, improving thousands of homes per year. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to be exposed and contribute to dozens of interesting residential projects as they go through from a vague idea to a Happy Home customers can move into. You can be a critical part of helping homeowners have quality improvements, delivered with speed and for less!

The Core Responsibilities of our Appointment Bookers:

• Outbound calling warm leads generated by our various marketing channels

• Scheduling consultation calls with potential customers for Resi services

• On the job sales and industry specific training, learning from our Sales Leaders + Coach

• Assisting the Business Development Representatives where necessary

• Maintain a high standard of customer service

• Represent the Resi brand and values to our customers

• Accurately capture relevant information when speaking to customers

• Tracking of enquiries and opportunities

We know that every Appointment Booker brings something different to the table. This is an entry levels role so we would accept candidates with any level of experience, however to have the best chance of success in this role we think you need to have;

• A real passion about hitting KPIs and personal improvement

• Great communication skills

• The ability to build and develop relationships with clients, regardless of their location or circumstance

• The desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

• A positive attitude

• The ability to communicate the Resi vision and brand successfully to our customers

You might be even more of a technical fit if you have:

• Previous knowledge or experience working within the property, architecture, or construction sectors

• An interest in design and architecture

• Understanding of the lifecycle of a house/extension build project – maybe you have renovated your own home?
