As the Front Desk Receptionist and Admin Assistant you will be interacting with several people on a daily basis. Your day will be filled with several different activities that includes but are not limited to the followings: Operating a multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, organizing office communications including mail, emails, and online postings, and other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrates Innisfree Hotels’ culture by creating a fun, happy, and safe work environment.
Administrative support for Corporate office (including Culture Department, HR & Payroll & Sustainability & Finance.) .
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing and photocopying
Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Takes and delivers messages by email or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. We are hospitality company, so this person will offer refreshments.
Updates property address list & property phone list & Corporate contact list.
Receives, sorts, and routes mail & packages.
Keeps mail sorting list current.
Maintains copy & postage machines, with paper, postage & maintenance
Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies, cleaning supplies & snacks
Keeps front desk area & lobby clean & orderly
Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
