The Marketing Asset Coordinator schedules and implements various marketing banners for our websites. This person helps to maintain the schedule of banners to be displayed across our websites to help promote and drive demand for campaigns, solutions, and products. The Marketing Asset Coordinator is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

JOB DUTIES:

• Schedule marketing assets to help promote campaigns, products, services, and articles.
• Communicate potential problems to project team while recommending tangible solutions.
• Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring projects are sent for proof and approved on time.
• Collaborate with team to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively resolved.
• Work efficiently through high volumes while meeting tight deadlines.
• Assist with marketing reports and metrics for measuring program success.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in traffic/production management
• Solid understanding of creative development processes.
