Our Product Development team is now accepting applications for a Software Engineering or Computer Science graduate to work on medical devices.
The product development team is integral to the development of the Respiratory Care business. This team operates cross-functionally and utilizes best practices to provide products that will meet requirements for the global market.
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will be working closely with the Verification & Validation Team to develop new Respiratory & Digital Health products from concept to production within ResMed Quality Standards mentored and guided by lead engineers with extensive industry experience.
You will operate within a project team and will be tasked with the responsibility to support the design, development, documentation, testing and support of products from concept through to production in the most cost and time-efficient manner whilst operating within ResMed Quality Standards.
Let’s Talk about the Qualification
- Degree in Software / Computer Engineering
- C++/.Net / Python programming languages and Object-Oriented design
- Software development including application, device interface, real-time control and graphical user interface functionality
- Test, verification and validation traced to requirements and utilizing automated Behaviour Driven Development techniques Agile/SCRUM development process
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams and applying new engineering approaches and techniques to your work
What you need is discipline-specific engineering experience, with a passion to learn and to develop technology that will impact people’s lives. Preference will be given to candidates with software engineering experience.
