How You Can Impact Our Business:
The Legal & Governance team provide legal advisory to the broader business and management of the Boards and Committees.
Working alongside an experienced group of legal and governance professionals who are responsible for providing legal services to all RLA business, services and operations teams; the Company Secretary is responsible for providing professional corporate secretarial and governance support and advice across Resolution Life Australasia.
