Resonate AI Looking for Founding Engineer ($150k-$240k, 1% to 2.5%) at San Francisco, CA Full Time

We’re building superhuman conversational AI for healthcare. Our first AI product captures missed calls and books appointments with a higher success rate than human receptionists.

People love the product. We’re growing 70% month-over-month and have closed over a million dollars in pilots. We have recently raised funding from great investors and are now looking to hire more Founding Engineers to build cutting edge generative AI experiences. You will work directly with the founder and customers to create, design and deploy these AI agents.

What you’ll do

• Work with leading LLMs like o4-mini, claude 3.7 and others to build exceptional conversational AI experiences for patients.
• Build and deploy the platform from the ground up, working directly with customers.
• Solve complex conversational AI workflows. This is hard – people can say anything over a call or text – but we’re up for the challenge.

• Proven track record with more focus on back end: Demonstrated success in shipping high-quality products.
• Obsession for growth: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn, and master your craft. You believe you are in the top 0.1% of engineers, or could be if given the opportunity.
