Resort Legal Service is seeking a professional individual interested in joining a growing company and being part of the dynamic changes taking place. We are looking for the right individual(s) for the following position:

This key position will help ensure the innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise are being met. You will report directly to Administrator for Quality Assurance and will play an important role in enhancing and executing the ability for our company to provide a quality assurance model and enterprise concept to current and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

In this position you will:

• Assist our sales teams in setting up all necessary equipment (laptops, printers, scanners, sign-in location) and services at the presentation location
• Ensure the highest customer service level to current and prospective clients and guests
• Maintain a positive brand image and company reputation focusing on Service Excellence.
• Assist our sales teams in contract preparation, ensuring all information is correctly entered and legible where necessary
• Assist our sales teams with client contract review and documentation, ensuring all documents are understood
• Submit end of day (night) reports on all activities
• Ensure inventory and logs are maintained and up-to-date
• Upload (email, scan, etc) all pertinent contract documents onto the company drive
• Transport files and equipment to/from headquarters and presentation location
• Verify pertinent documents related
• Follow up until contract is signed, and client is ready for staging

• Builds relationships with internal departments and stakeholders to close deals. Assists in ensuring all guest questions are answered in a professional, informative, and diplomatic manner

• Have strong time management skills

Travel:

• This position requires weekly domestic travel with the sales team. Standard travel days are Tuesday thru Friday, with all transportation and room & board provided by the company.

Compensation:

• This position is FULL-TIME and has a salary range of $38,000-$52,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis with one week in arrears
• After 60 days of employment the incumbent will be eligible for healthcare benefits
