As an Administrative Specialist, you are responsible for professionally greeting our client families on the phone and in person, accurately complete and maintain client paperwork, and process payments. You will also help review contracts by reviewing their terms & conditions and interpreting the contractual requirements. Your work is critical to our ability to provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one.
