Restless Restoration Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION

(CONTRACT AND REMOTE WORK – BILINGUAL IS A PLUS)

Full time position that works Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 30 minute paid meal break. Work from home (Miami)

• Work with CRM management tool(s) such as HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.
• Maintain updated information on employees, clients and accounts
• Keep track of client/property requests, schedule repairs and request photos to confirm repairs were completed
• Make phone calls to vendors, subs, clients, etc.
• Product research and ordering
• Billing and record keeping
• Additional duties may be requested at any given time
• Keep track of licenses and permits
• Onboarding new clients and integrating systems with the team
• Monthly property checks for quality control
• Communicating with accounting staff
• Communicating with quality control for inventory check updates
• Coordinate contractors
• Run weekly reports on staff and company performance
• Permit tracking / regulations with city

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
