Technical Call Center (TCC) Data Entry Agent This is a temporary non-exempt position estimated to be completed in three months. Upon completion of the project, temporary staff will be evaluated for any available regular positions in the Technical Call Center

• Transfer data from various sources into the new database.
• Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.
• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.
• Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly.
• Meet expected productivity levels while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Follow HIPAA compliance when handling client sensitive information.

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be able to learn and utilize software applications quickly.

We are looking for a dependable, professional Technical Call Center (TCC) Data Entry Agent with a natural ability to communicate with the TCC Team and Management. In addition, you will also have:

• Recognize, interpret, and respond to variety of sounds.
• Sustain concentration and focus in a busy office environment.
• Use full range of motion to and utilize fine motor skills.
• Pick up, carry, hold, and deliver items of up to 25 pounds.
• Use direct, peripheral, near, and far vision.
• Sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Be able to look at a screen for prolonged periods of time.
• Secure internet and PC access (if working from home).
