We are looking to hire a full-time store manager.

Store Manager: Full-time

Job tasks and responsibilities
your key responsibilities will be:

• To give each customer an excellent shopping experience
• Keeping the store fresh and exciting with thousands of merchandise to be selected from
• Analyse and predict stock levels and order stocks accordingly
• Manage, support  and develop a team
• Own the shelf via effective shelf management and out of stock reduction strategies
• Monitor and provide feedback to Team Members, ensuring they are maximising sales
• Reporting directly to the Business owners

Skills and experience

• Experience in managing a store or a team
• Passion about self- and team development
• Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management
• Merchandising experience
