Role responsibilities:
- Daily coaching & individual development with your team
- Providing an outstanding luxury experience to high end clientele
- Leading from the front and driving sales & KPIs
- Supporting your Store Manager with all in store operations
You will have:
- Proven leadership experience within high end retail OR fashion
- Confidence & experience in building luxury clientele
- Flexibility to work 37.5 hours p/w around Airport hours (6am-midnight)
- A people focused, bubbly & nurturing leadership style
