The Role

This role will have you manage, coach and further develop your team, driving in-store through your motivation and strength as a senior leader. Reporting directing to an inspiring Area Manager who will support your long-term goals and ambitions. You will lead a team of 30+ with the support of an in-store visual merchandising team, department managers & stock controllers. This role is based in Queensgate – Wellington.

Skills and Attributes required:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in retail store management leading larger teams of 20+
• Ability to exceed sale targets & KPIs, taking actions accordingly to maximise results
• People management – training and succession planning
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoys bigger box retail and fast-paced environments
• Hard-working, go-getter attitude!
• Strong understanding of retail operations including P&L & Reporting
