Within This Role As Boutique Store Manager You Will

• Oversee the complete store
• Sales management
• Team management
• Inventory management and administration
• Support the floor as needed
• Assist with repairs and enquiries
• Ensure seamless customer service / after sales service

About you?

• 5+ years management experience
• Well-presented and excellent communication skills
• Luxury experience an advantage within the premium / luxury sector and jewellery sector
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales success in a retail environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Knowledge of overall store operations including > stock control, inventory management, merchandising, team management, administration duties, team training and customer service standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
