Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of store staff, ensuring all employees are performing to the highest standards
• Ensure the store is running efficiently and profitably, by controlling stock levels and meeting sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Monitor competitor activity in order to ensure that the store remains competitive in its marketplace
• Recruit, train and develop staff members as required for optimal performance
• Monitor and achieve store performance targets, including sales, customer service and KPIs
