About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of motivated individuals and to help shape the success of the business. You will also have the chance to work in a unique environment where no two days are ever the same.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven management experience in a retail environment, preferably in either fashion or homeware stores
• Ability to manage and motivate staff through your love for retail
• Lead by example leadership style, being a role model for your team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in working with budgets, financial targets and KPIs
• Stock management expertise, understanding the importance of this

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day running of the store including opening/closing, cash handling and driving in-store sales
• People management – ongoing training, development and coaching when required
• Customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Manage stock levels and ensure merchandise is correctly displayed and replenished efficiently
• Implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and improve efficiency
