Revant Optics Hiring for Seasonal Customer Support Agent at Remote Full Time

Summary

Revant is hiring 3 Seasonal Customer Support Agents for the busy season in 2023 (the expected duration of this position is April – September). Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Seasonal Customer Support Agents are responsible for interacting with and supporting customers on a daily basis through email, live chat, and phone calls. The seasonal agents will be key to ensuring Revant’s customers experience is a world class customer experience during Revant’s busy season. Providing an excellent experience for customers as they reach out with questions and concerns regarding Revant’s replacement lenses and accessories. Candidates must physically reside within the state of Oregon to work from home.

Essential Functions

• Respond to customer communication utilizing formulaic templates through various channels to include but not limited to: email, chat, and phone.
• Communicates with customers using standardized responses and macros to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Execute daily tasks to ensure the customer journey is a great experience.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a complete customer journey.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators for success.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Work Environment – Remote

Candidates must physically reside within the state of Oregon to work from home.

While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours. Revant is based in Portland, OR and has implemented a hybrid in office and work from home model. As a remote working employee, you have the option to work from the office whenever you would like to. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
