Revenue Recovery Firm is a medical collection agency looking for a highly motivated person for our Team for immediate hiring to work at our office at Tampa, Florida. Candidates who are dedicated, flexible, self-driven and detail oriented.

Full-time (Monday-Friday), no weekends

Hourly Salary ($17 per hour)

Tasks:

· Scan and upload pertinent documents to Google Drive

· Manage data, spreadsheets, service agreements, and other documents.

· Send emails to clients

· Address all client’s issues and service needs.

· Participate in onsite training for new clients and access needs (portal)

· Provide excellent Customer Service

· Management of expense report, mileage, and time

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Abilities Required:

· Customer Service and presentation skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

· Advanced computer skills: Strong Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel, G-Suite, and Dropbox.

· Team working skills

· Dress appropriate for outside client relations and contact

· EMR System management is a plus
