Revolut Hiring for Banking Administrator – Financial Partnerships at Remote Full Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will lead and own all requests to open and close the accounts that Revolut rely on to operate. Every new entity involved in Revolut’s global expansion requires accounts to be created through our global network of banking partners to ensure they continue to launch new products and services to customers all over the world. The company is dependent on these capabilities being delivered in line with tight timescales and in an efficient manner so requires those with fantastic organisational skills to lead and manage a wide variety of requests.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the entire business building a good foundation knowledge of everything Revolut has to offer. If you would like to take up this challenge to own the banking administration for Global Business, develop automation processes and introduce ways to improve our operations, you need to have a lot of self-confidence, excellent communication, organisational skills, and be extremely diligent and thorough. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own the company policy and procedures for all account opening and closing requirements
• Ensure all third-party partners are compliant and delivering in line with Revolut’s expectations
• Own the Due Diligence process for third party banks
• Manage all banking portal access requirements for new, existing and past Revolut colleagues
• Manage all escalations and process failures, supporting cross functional teams to find root cause issues
• Create new and more efficient processes to improve how we operate as a teamBe responsible for department wide access management
• Deliver quarterly team audit reviews
• Support for new bets and projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Good time and people management
• A process driven mindset – including superb documenting of operations
• Excellent organisational skills
• Prior banking admin experience is a plus but not a must
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal both)
• A team player

Please note: this role will be based remotely from: Spain, Portugal, Lithuania, Poland or Romania
