Retention and Billing Specialist (12-month term, Remote within Canada)
Rewind is seeking a Retention and Billing Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Retention and Billing Specialist maintains proactive relationships with customers to ensure smooth collection of invoices, answer billing related questions, identify primary reasons for churn and ensure customers understand the value of Rewind products and services. This person will work as part of the customer support team and will also receive training in answering support inquiries and resolving customer technical issues as required.
This is a contract position for 12 months after which there is the possibility of joining the team full time.

We are looking for people that are passionate about helping other people and are tech savvy. Having experience with SaaS platforms is an asset.
