This role will be responsible for driving the sourcing and recruiting requirements/processes throughout the company for full time exempt roles in North America. Roles are cross numerous functions including sales, marketing, product management, operations, supply chain, engineering, finance, and IT. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly into the Director, Human Resources and partner with the HR team to ensure compliance and application of tools and processes.
