Reynolds and Reynolds Hiring for Legal Assistant at Houston, TX Full Time

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our in-house legal department. This opportunity requires strong administrative and time management skills as well as proficiencies in planning and scheduling.

You will be responsible for filing and maintaining customer contract files, tracking elements of contracts in databases and spreadsheets, copying files, and updating general litigation reports. Other duties will include calendar management, document preparation and assembly, drafting letters, and providing overall general administrative assistance to the corporate legal department.

Requirements:

• Prefer 1+ years of experience in a legal admin role or corporate setting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Possess a high degree of accuracy and careful attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and provide strategic support
