Order Entry/Customer Specialist Job Description

Starting wage is $25 per hour (plus quarterly bonus potential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Receive email orders and accurately process in a timely manner within the company’s easy to use Netsuite ERP order system (we will train you)
· Coordinate between production and sales to meet customer deadlines
· Communicate via email and occasional phone use, and keep customers informed regarding quotes, lead times, pricing, order status, pro-active sales for expedited orders, delivery status, and general return information
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and involving the account managers as needed; expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
· Greet customers (mostly via email) in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner through written and verbal communication
· Assist co-workers as needed
Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED
· Solid Written & verbal communication skills
· Must be good with numbers, basic math skills but solid accuracy (banking customer service experience a plus)
· Proficient typing, writing and spelling skills with a “can do attitude”
· Organized, self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced office environment
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
