Our Client:
Our client is a global leader in Logistic Industry specializes in port and warehouse facilities. They have extensive international reach that allows efficient and first-class handling of commodities across the entire supply chain. With the business expansion requirements, they are looking for a Regional Customer Service Executive (Logistic) to foster strong relationships to contributes to the business and services within SEA region to maximizes the company revenue in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, solid and trusting relationship with major key clients
* Act as the main customer service contact point for key customer accounts
* Liaison between internal teams and existing customer to ensure all client needs are met
* Liaison with external vendor and strategic providers to ensure order delivered according to proposed timeline
* Conduct market research to evaluate market trend, needs and opportunities
* Develop customer retention strategies to improve business growth as well as customer loyalty
* Monitor market prices to lock in potential future contracts with clients
* Review actual costing and price of executed deals to analyze profitability
* Contract management to ensure accepted quotation/contracts are adequately updated in within company’s ERP system for audit purposes
* Account management: keep track of client’s on-going business, anticipate changes and improvements for review
* Review and update other relevant company reports
* Perform sales of company’s logistic services
* Assist commercial department in handling quotation, tenders, P&L, contract of assigned key accounts
* Deal with complaints, resolve and conduct troubleshooting work for issues/problems faced by clients
* Assist in implementing new business and accounts
* Warehouse receipt management
* Retains sales and look for sales opportunities within assigned key accounts
The Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Business/ Marketing or any related disciplines
* Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in third party logistic/ metal industry
* Must be familiar with warehousing and logistic operations
* Analytical with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Team player to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
* Flexible with good problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
