RGF HR Agent Recruitment Hiring For Senior Consolidation Accountant (1-year renewable contract) at Singapore Full Time

Our Client:

RGF represents one of the leading maritime transportation MNCs in Singapore. We are actively looking to hire a Senior Consolidation Accountant who will take charge in the preparation of consolidated financial reports and managing group accounts across multiple entities.

The Responsibilities:

* Prepare consolidated financial reports and ensure timely and quality closure of financial books in accordance with the company’s requirements

* Provide guidance to the Regional Finance team members on accounting issues in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, company policies and procedures

* Monitor the control within the group in order to be in compliance with internal and external requirements on a routine basis

* Review new accounting changes and propose any changes to company policies

* Ensure group compliance at month-end and propose any continuous improvement measures to optimize work process

* Manage the opening and closing of groups accounts and perform monthly and year-end group consolidation

* Assist in the closure of applicable audit issues raised by external and internal auditors

* Support in the preparation of impairment and contract review, accounting standards and loan covenants

* To comply with Company’s policies and Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE)

* Any other duties as assigned from time-to-time

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

* ACCA or other professional certifications will be an advantage

* Has 3-5 years in General Accounting and Group Consolidation

* Good knowledge in Group Consolidation and IFRS
