RIG is looking for highly motivated professionals with excellent customer service and order entry experience at our corporate headquarters in Burbank.

RGI conducts direct inbound phone sales to electrical wholesalers across the country, experience in the electrical industry is not required for this position. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: inbound call management, customer service/interaction, people skills, order entry/processing, problem solving, team building, and printing inbound orders/PO’s. Required:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Normal business hours for this position is M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
