We are looking for a “Supply Chain Senior Manager Consultant” to join an 8-week project under hourly model with an Important Automotive Company.

Professional experience: At least 15-20 years of experience as Manager of Operations, Manager of Manufacturing, Manager of Materials Management, Senior Global Category Manager, Purchasing Manager, and consulting Project Manager successfully implementing different supply chain needs.

Manufacturing Industry, Automotive nice to have.

Functional experience:

• Proven experience in process and efficiency improvements, total cost reductions, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Experience with lean manufacturing transformations involving Kaizen, 5s initiatives, and Gemba walks resulting in improved manufacturing and operational efficiencies, productivity and OEE improvements, yield improvements.
• Warehouse Management.
• Proven experience with manufacturing, inventories, raw material impacting on waste reductions, cost savings initiatives, planning and scheduling improvements and inventory reductions.
• Logistics analysis.

Activities: Performing visits to the manufacturing plants and performing an assessment and suggesting improvements to the operation.

Systems: Power Point Intermediate-Advanced for presentations.

Education: BS, Engineering or similar.

– MUST BE Proficient English (Conversational skills)

Contract by project starting next January 15th. Gross salary according to experience, salary history, job market, and talent.
