The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and
self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as an Account
Executive.
Sales-related duties working with Assistant General Manager
o Identify, evaluate, and sell potential clients relative to tickets,
groups, suites and sponsorship opportunities
o Prospecting, qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments
for new business
o Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and
prospects
o Manage client relationships and drive the follow to achieve assigned
sales goal
o Organize meetings with clients to assess needs and present
opportunities
o Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
o Represent the team at various promotional events
Assist with various additional tasks, working with Sr. Director of
Licensing, Retail and Event Experience
o Assist in updating team store website and filling online orders
o Assist in end of month inventory
o Assist in receiving all merchandise items
o Assist in other departmental or retail-specific tasks as required
o During events, support Guest Services staff and Gameday staff as
required
Skills required:
* Sales and negotiation skills
* Highly organized, ability to multi-task
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Experience preferred:
* Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within sport and
entertainment venues
* High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to
maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum.
* One year’s work experience in sports or an event venue preferred
Educational/Other requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Demonstrated quick learner with ability to handle multiple projects
and meet deadlines.
