Richardson’s Farm is a family owned and operated dairy located in Middleton, Massachusetts. We produce super premium ice cream and milk. The ice cream production position offers a career opportunity for a talented motivated individual to join our team and continue our rich history of success in dairy industry.

An ice cream production crewmember is responsible for making New England’s finest ice cream. This is a very physical hands on position for an individual who is committed to quality. It is a team environment where cooperation and communication are essential.

Some of the duties include:

– Producing ice cream on continuous machines

– Washing and sanitizing all equipment

– Maintain mechanical aspects of the facility

– Ability to work overtime in the busy season

Helpful skills include

– Hard working and motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast paced multi-tasking environment

– Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices in the food industry

– General mechanical skills.
