HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Supporting the Media Project Manager in the Communications team, the Digital Media Specialist will assist in the planning, coordination and execution of all Media and PR projects in Singapore according HQ guidelines, tailored to local strategies and objectives. He or She will be a highly resourceful, independent, results-driven, and self-motivated individual with strong project management skills. The role will require a keen understanding of the local Media landscape with a meticulous eye.

1.MEDIA AND DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS

• • End-to-end management of creative process and approvals: liaising with Media and Production Agencies to order, approve and traffic creatives by production deadlines.
  • Monitor and scrutinize the performance of all campaigns across digital channels (Display, Video and Social); work closely with Media Agency to recommend optimizations and ensure all KPIs are met.
  • Prepare and disseminate materials for all partner communication channels.
  • Manage and develop local content with creative agencies when necessary; ensure content aligns with HQ guidelines and meets local objectives.

2.SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING

• • Ensure always-on Search advertising to maximize ROI and support eCommerce; regularly review keywords and creatives.
  • Monitor and scrutinize performance of account, recommend optimizations or new tools in line with strategy.

3.PRESS MANAGEMENT

• • Assist in the development of effective PR plans; plan and coordinate PR activities including dissemination of press kits / e-release, press engagement.
  • Liaise with press and manage all logistics / security requirements for product loans; be present at shoots to care for products and ensure they are well and appropriately presented.
  • Support and coordinate press events including events administration and logistics, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality production and timely roll-out of event.
  • Assist and furnish press with necessary product information or assets.
  • Work with Line Manager on ideas for press stories/topics as well as social media campaigns

4.ASSET MANAGEMENT

• • Timely and orderly archiving of Media and PR assets.
  • Maintain inventory of PR Books, Press Kits, Catalogues and CRM Gifts; manage all necessary administrative and logistics including purchase orders, delivery, warehousing, and inventory.

5.ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

• • Monitoring, clippings and reporting of competitor Media and PR activities.
  • Data extraction from DMR/Traackr/Isentia for reports
  • Prepare, submit, and distribute all necessary Media and PR plans / reports to internal stakeholders.

6.BILLING, ADMINSTRATION & LOGISTICS

• • Assist in processing vendor account, PO/SO creation and follow up on Invoices for Media, Production and PR.
  • Assist on logistical functions via SAP/LGSM/FISM or local logistics partners

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• You justify of at least 3 years of experience in communications especially Media, Digital Marketing, Social Media and PR, luxury is a plus.
• You have strong knowledge of Singapore’s media landscape.
• You strive in excellent project management, communication and writing skills, and copywriting.
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office, trained and proficient in Google Analytics.
• You have strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats a plus.
• You are known to be Curious, Open-Minded, Diligent, meticulous, systematic and results oriented.
• You have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
• You are a Team player and enthusiastic.
• You are a naturally Digitally-savvy, creative, enjoys innovation and new challenges
