We are seeking to add a Data Processor to our team! The Data Processor will use computer software to prepare, organize, and correct electronic files consisting of names, addresses, phone numbers, demographics, as well as related information for direct marketing purposes.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare incoming customer data for mailing requirements including personalization, postal preparation, and specific client specifications.
• Complete file maintenance tasks such as: File conversion, reformatting data/files, create job templates, appending data, and merging/purging of data. Most of these items are performed within BCC Mail Manager.
• Perform job analysis on routine work to identify automation capabilities/opportunities.
• Understands postal processing methods and prepares files for rate optimization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with mailing lists, preferably in a printing environment.
• 2+ years of experience working with professional mailing software such as BCC Mail Manager and/or similar software.
• Must possess a very clear understanding of USPS requirements for Presort and Postal One.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision. Uses appropriate judgment in various situations.
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
