Our firm is seeking a friendly, detail oriented paralegal with experience in either business or estate planning and probate or both. Duties will include drafting, editing and finalizing correspondence and legal documents; preparing engagement letters, disengagement letters; proofreading all work including correspondence and other legal documents; maintaining calendar entries; ensuring that deadlines are met and that information and material required from clients is received on a timely basis. The candidate is expected to perform duties as needed for the professional operation of the firm.

Skills must include:

• Professional communications with Clients.
• Strong knowledge Office 2016, electronic filing (court and county).
• A keen attention to detail including grammar, writing, formatting errors is a must.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and solve problems.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information and operations.

Compensation is dependent on experience.
