SUMMARY

This is a year-round full-time position requiring 32-40+ hours per week with seasonal flexibility based on position responsibilities. Occasional overtime might be needed for certain projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide support for bidding projects, contract set-ups, project administration and project close-outs
• Assist Area Office Manager and Project Managers with tasks such as accounts payables and cash receipts
• General clerical duties to support staff including answering phones, miscellaneous correspondence, scanning auditing, and data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent required with a minimum of one-year business/office experience
• Valid drivers license required as commuting locally on an as-needed basis is essential in this role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
