Your Mission
- Provide 5 STAR F&B service and experience to customers.
- Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times
- Attend to customer requests, needs and inquiries on all our restaurant’s offerings
- Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing beverage order
- Provide go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and standards, follow the organization’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
- Restoring and replenishing of work station supplies after every customer while ensuring the restaurant’s cleanliness at all times
- To handle customer complaints calmly and tactfully
- Working as a team to ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant’s operation
- Learning for the cost operation / work schedule arrangement / manpower planning, restaurant set up and etc.
