We’re looking for an Administration and Accounts Officer to spearhead three pivotal responsibilities for our client:

Overseeing general administration and providing some sales support.

Managing human resources and payroll administration efficiently.

Handling accounts, including bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and all tax responsibilities.

This part-time role offers 25 hours per week, with flexibility during school holidays, making it an ideal fit for those with school-aged children looking to re-enter the workforce.

To be considered for this role, you must:

Currently reside in New Zealand.

Thrive in a sole charge position, demonstrating accountability and initiative.

Feel comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.

Experience with Xero, IMS Payroll, and Workflow Max is advantageous.
