The Opportunity;
We’re on the hunt for a confident administrator to join our team. The primary function of this role is to provide support to the Workshop team via administration tasks. These include coordinating with the operations team and the workshop team to get buses in for servicing; ordering parts; distribution of parts locally and nationally; control of job cards and related costings; departmental purchasing and stock control.
You will work very closely with the Workshop Manager, and because you’re located at our Head Office in Swanson, you will work with the National Fleet Manager and the National Service Manager.
