Riverside Treatment Services Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist at Halethorpe, MD Full Time

Riverside Treatment Services is a comprehensive substance abuse treatment facility located in Rosedale, Maryland. Our friendly and pleasant staff makes Riverside a great place to work. We are seeking to hire a full-time Front Desk Associate. Our ideal candidate will inspire inclusiveness as well as possess a high level of customer-service and observation skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Continually monitor the front door, check all incoming and out coming traffic of patients, visitors and staff.
• Ensure clients are checked in and inform them or what they need to do.
• Check in new patients and ensure that they have active health insurance.
• Assist in the intake process and log uranalysis results.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

• Responsible, organized, punctual and efficient with ability to perform within a team and accomplish multiple assignments simultaneously
• Previous experience with individuals suffering with substance use disorders and mental illness preferred
• Must be able to deal tactfully and diplomatically with patients and staff
