Experienced office administrative position available for our healthcare clinic. If you are friendly, outgoing, can work independently, and are interested in the healthcare, come join our team! The successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills: * Cheerful and pleasant disposition when answering phones as well as greeting patients into the clinic. * Provide a high-level of customer service. * Maintain a strict level of confidentiality. * Assist with medical documents/letters to doctors, lawyers, insurance companies. * Reconcile accounts receivable. * Can schedule appointments and complete payment transactions accurately. * Working knowledge of the Healthquest is an asset. * Assist the chiropractors with a variety to tasks. * Clean/stock clinic rooms. * Previous clinic experience required. Job Type: Full-time, $18.00-$22.00 based upon experience. Benefits after 1 year. From 32-40 hours per week, Typically 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday maybe required. Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred) * receptionist: 1 year (preferred).

Part-time hours: 36-40 per week
