- Leading our front office team and maintaining a level of professionalism according to the standards set by Riviera Hotels
- Interacting with guests in the lobby to make them feel welcome
- Flexible to work in any shifts
- Assisting other departments as required in resolving problems
- Scheduling and posting the schedule
- Answering all the customers’ questions and addressing their complaints
- Training and developing all front office associates to help them reach their potential/goals
- Responding to guest’s feedback via email/reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
