COVID-19 COORDINATOR (REMOTE, PART-TIME)

Our client, a major membership-based organization, seeks a COVID-19 Coordinator for a 12-month, part-time (30 hours per week) contract assignment which may be performed fully remotely.

Responsibilities

• Perform employee health screenings and contact tracing
• Responsible for COVID-19 case management, assist with compliance, while maintaining confidentiality
• Responsible for completing health screenings with employees
• Conduct communications in a professional manner that reflects emotional and cultural awareness
• Inform employees of quarantine and return to work procedures
• Record and files data accordingly
• Perform contact tracing with employees that test positive for COVID -19
• Responsible for contacting employees listed on the contact tracing list to inform of possible exposure
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintains confidentiality while working with sensitive documents

• Relevant experience including COVID-19 triage, contact tracing, and application of policy to return to work

• Proficient in excel with experience in Microsoft office

Hours and Schedule

30 hours per week allocated as follows:

• Sunday – 3 hours, exact time of day is flexible but should include 2:30-3:30 PM Eastern Time
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 8 hours starting 10:30 AM Eastern Time
• Thursday – 3 hours starting at 10:30 AM Eastern Time
• Some flexibility may be requested for team coverage as situation dictates

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.69 – $26.48 per hour
