Looking for an energetic person for a full time position within the accounting department. Applicant must be a problem solver, a team player, comfortable with computers, able to learn quickly, have great attention to detail, and multi task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

· Accounts Payable

· Invoicing

· Subcontract Payment Applications

o Track Status of Subcontract Payments

o Review and Track Paperwork

o Track Open Payables for Subcontracts

· Review Credit Applications

· Filing

· Data entry

· Answering Phones

· Interact with carriers & customers

· Heavy document review

Qualifications:

· Punctual, responsible and trustworthy

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

· Team player

· Excellent communicator, with interpersonal skills

· Good customer service principles and practices

· Comfortable with computers

· Have great attention to detail

· Multi task in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $35.00 per hour
