We are looking for a recent Graduate who is interested in making their first move into a truly fulfilling dynamic practice. You will be joining our Administration team located in our main office in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. This opportunity offers the chance to have a high profile, varied role and cover a broad range of areas within the different sectors of the Company.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
· Minute taking
· Collating Reports
· Assisting in writing up client letters
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
· Carrying out requests from management as needed
· Reception desk cover as and when required.
· Answering emails and sorting post
· Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
· Assisting with any other ad hoc duties
· Support to Senior Management when required.
Requirements
· Proficient in MS Office suite
· Good organisational and time-management abilities
· Business qualification – desirable but not essential
· Experience of working successfully in a team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Confident and assertive
· Personable and approachable
This is a Fixed Term role with a potential view to go Permanent.
Contract length: 6-12 months

Salary: €23,000.00-€26,000.00 per year
