Job Description

• Create a strategy for new store openings, renewals, relocations, expansions, and closures.
• Working with landlords to negotiate and manage lease renewals.
• Create successful tender proposals by conceptualizing design ideas; maintain a pool of designers for project collaboration.
• Work cooperatively with the Project and Maintenance teams to handle facility, renovation, and landlord improvement issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in tenancy management and leasing with a diploma or degree in business, real estate, or related subjects.
• Have strong presentation abilities and be fluent in MS Office.
• Familiarity with the terms and conditions of business contracts
• Able to coordinate and enable cross-functional resources to assist business development activities
