ROAM Resorts is seeking an experienced guest experience professional, who will use their talents to enhance this up-and-coming brand. We are looking for a dynamic After-Hours Concierge who enjoys the thrill of creating something special, who craves exceptionalism and is passionate about the outdoors.

Position Overview

ROAM Resorts is a chain of privately owned RV parks and is seeking a Part-Time After-Hours Concierge to assist with guest needs within the parks. Our Concierges are customer experience experts. They work hard to maintain professionalism within the parks. This position is the first point of contact for our guests, and it is vitally important that the person in this role loves to work with people and create lasting impressions. They ensure the guests have a fantastic first impression.

Position Responsibilities

• Balancing the accounts from each day
• Managing guest interactions, guest check-ins, and check-outs remotely
• Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
• Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
• Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
• Respond to all voicemails left from the day
• Monitor our Guest Messaging lines
• Monitor and Manager OTA bookings (Airbnb, hip camp, spot2nite, campsite)
• Memorize all park rules, regulations, and fees
• Assist with training staff members who are working the front desk alone
• Audit all reservations, check ins and check outs to ensure compliance among all 7 properties
• Report discrepancies to management
• Manage the reservation email for each property
• Assist with all other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Preferred to have 1 year experience in a related field
• Experience with the Microsoft office suite
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Ability to work individually & independently
• Incredibly attentive to detail, process oriented, and organized
• Resourceful, ambitious, and a high sense of personal responsibility
• Genuinely motivated to learn and contribute to a growing team
• Integrity and compliance with corporate values
• Demonstrated work ethic
• Organized
• To be considered candidates must reside within Utah
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of their shift
