Robert Half has an excellent Accounts Payable Specialist opening with our client in Hayward. This is temp to hire role which can begin right away.

Details Include:

• Performs accounting coding for expenses.

• Responsible for validating and reviewing various types of invoices/disbursements.

• Investigates accounts payable issues, including researching and resolving discrepancies, system issues, taxes, payments, and credit memos.

• Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.

• Assists with monthly-end closing.

• Assists with ad hoc special projects.

Requirements

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience

• Experience with journal entries and accruals

• Excellent MS Excel skills
