If you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks, you might be the Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk this dynamic organization with a growing team is looking for. The Accounts Payable Clerk role is a permanent position based in the Manchester, New Hampshire area.

How you will make an impact

• Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

• Implement full-cycle A/P

• Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

• Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis

• Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

• Help with internal and external audits as required

• Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

• Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners

Requirements – Less than one year of experience preferred

• Strong familiarity with Reconcile Vendor Statements

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Microsoft Excel experience preferred

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds

• Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

• Highly organized and self-motivated
