What you get to do every day

• Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties
• Answer telephone calls
• Greet and instruct visitors
• Assist other employees with diverse projects
• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Proven ability to use the internet for research
• Proficiency in Digital Printing
• Knowledge of Job Scheduling
• Digital Printing experience preferred
• Solid understanding of Administrative Assistance
• Printing projects experience highly desired
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
