Major responsibilities

• Institute financial procedures and controls
• Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered
• Assess billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, tracking down missing or correct data when necessary
• Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Solid understanding of Billing Collection
• Background working with Coding Invoices
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of Invoice
• Adeptness in billing
• Code Invoices experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Practical knowledge of Approved Invoices
• Billing System experience
• Earlier work involving customer invoices
• Proficiency in Billing Statements
• Experience with Central Billing Office
• Previous experience working with Enter Vendor Invoices
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Skilled in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
